Missing Crystals
My crystals have disappeared. Is there any way to investigate and get them back?

M only tip is this: under the Bug Reports section, the pinned post at the top shows some guidelines. One of these guidelines says if you are missing purchases, rewards, or other content to contact EA help customer support. There is a link there. Hope this helps.
