Lord Vader tier 3 crash
my game crashed after completing lord Vader tier 3 and I am missing 50 shards and ea told me there was nothing they could do is there any way to fix this

unable to claim free rewards
I have tier 3 and 4 of some ascension packs where I get free rewards. When I try and claim them my screen just gets stuck on a loading screen. EA please fix!
