Missing Darth Revan Shards from Journey

To EA support,&nbsp;I have completed the Darth Revan Journey but only received 275/330 of the shards. I know you guys are busy but I’d love some help. I’ve posted a few times but no answer. Below is my ally code and screenshot proof.ally code: &nbsp;785-693-626&nbsp;
