Hello, I am a player from Korea who enjoys playing Galaxy of Heroes.
I recently completed the Darth Revan Legendary event, but it did not award me the remaining 55 shards of the character despite me completing every event tier. I am currently at 275 out of 330 shards even though every tier is complete.
Because of this, I cannot unlock the character, and I am unsure how to proceed.
I have included proof showing that I have completed the event but am still missing the shards. I have contacted EA Help multiple times, but they have not resolved my issue yet.
