Missing Darth Reven Shards

I’ve seen individuals getting help with these glitchy shards and I was hoping to receive the same help. I completed all the missions for the Darth Reven journey yet I do not have the shards. I was hoping someone at EA could rectify my issue. My Ally Code is 213-731-976.
