Missing EA Connect button

hello, I have a problem, I completely lost the ea connect button, it doesn’t exist at all, I found out from other people there is the same problem so far the only answer is how to fix it which I was told to contact those game support I contacted those support they told me that my account is for children that I asked to return an adult account and I was asked to provide documents confirming that I am 18 or more years old, I provided my international passport, well, those support stopped responding and for a week I have had nothing to answer. this is the last hope I hope they will help me oh yes I can’t start a new request in those support I have forever remained in that conversation where they stopped answering me.
