Missing Galactic Conquest Reward Crate

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug I completed the galactic conquest hard mode event that ended around May 9 or 10. I completed the event and was supposed to receive the max reward - Hard-07. The red crate. I was offline on vacation for 10 days after the event ended and when I came back I found I had not received the crate. I chatted twice with tech staff and they said they could see that I had not received the crate. The first tech person said he had fixed it and I would receive the crate in two hours. I waited 30 hours and nothing came in my inbox. I contacted tech support again. He said he could do nothing about it and I had to submit a bug report. My original case number from my reporting the issue was: 83231898. I hope this can be resolved quickly, please.

    Hi there @Intheblack 

    Sorry to hear that. You mentioned that you weren't online after the Conquest ended as you were on vacation. The inbox message only lasts a certain period of time, so in this case it must have expired.

    Please make sure to log on after a Conquest ends in future so you don't miss out on the rewards you worked for.

    First, the two online help people said they could see I never received the crate, so I am confused. Second,  are you saying I cannot get this reward even though I completed it?

    Given your 24+ hour radio silence since I posted my questions to your response, am I right in that there is nothing you will be doing to rectify the situation?  I do feel that a time limit on rewards EARNED, is a bit harsh, particularly given it was less than two weeks. And given the event is two weeks long, it takes significant effort to finish it at the hard level and for a top reward. I certainly hope something can be done.
