- Locate the ⚙️ Cog wheel icon/ Settings button in the top left corner of your screen
- Tap the Help button and your game will connect to the EA Help support site.
The page will display Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes support. - To make a support ticket, scroll down to the bottom of the web page and click the Contact Us button
- or open EA Help article and select the Contact Us button at the bottom of the article contents:
- From there, the ticket will connect with the help.ea.com site and present categories. Select the relevant help categories and complete the process by submitting a help ticket.
Completing these steps will send through necessary information to the support team, information the agents will need to look into your case further.
