Missing Gear up pack after buying the T3-M4 Booster Bundle

I recently Purchased the T3-M4 Booster bundle that says it will unlock a gear up pack after Purchase, but after buying this pack the gear up bundle is not in the shop to purchase like it has been for others I have purchased and I am wondering why?
The only reason I purchased the bundle was so I could then purchase the gear up bundle with the g12 pieces, I didn't really care about this pack and would not have purchased it if I would have known it would not unlock the next bundle to be able to purchase.

Have tried using the in game support for over a week now and they are absolutely no help at all. Asking the same questions over and over again, am I using emulated devices, sending me links to articles about saving my game and troubleshooting for freezing/crashing/etc that have nothing to do with my issue. So hoping I will get some better results here that will actually address the issue I reached out about.....
