Missing GL Leia shards

I completed all tiers of the GL Leia event but during one of my attempts on tier 2 the game crashed. It counted my attempt but never gave me the rewards and I am 20 shards short and cannot do anything about it. Please help, I was really wanting to have her unlocked before GAC starts.

    Hey kind of a dumb question but did u try to beat the tier that crashed again?  I had a the same issue awhile back where it shows it was all done and when I did the battles over I was awarded them
