Missing Grand Master Yoda shards

Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Iphone

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug i've done all the steps to get Yoda Master at 7 stars, but never got the rewards.. Try to redo the Event and it says i've done it, but never got the rewards, i'm stuck at 6 stars.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    @MarcDupont73 Hi, your screen shot is from the mythic event, not the actual Grand Master Training event in your Journey Guide.

    The mythic event didn't provide any shards. What happens if you open the event in your Journey Guide and complete the last tier?

    Edit - also please provide your ally code so three e support team can investigate.

    Yes, although they are likely gone for the day.

    @GladOS-013 Missing reward. Trying find solutions. Had 79 shards for grand master Yoda. Did the next to last battle and won. Supposed to get 85 shards but only got 6. Had 79 of 85, completed battle. It gave me a rewards page so, I promoted him to 6 stars and it let me however, when it promoted GM Yoda I never received the left over shards and not sure if I got any of the rewards for completing. Promoted him but left him at 0 of 100 shards for next promo. I guess I should've had 79 shards towards GM Yoda final promotion. Guess they should give me the shards and around 10k crystals for mental anguish and missing out on game to straighten out.

    @byjo68 Sorry to hear you're also missing shards. Can you provide your ally code so the team can investigate?

    Saying you had 79 shards is interesting, since the event is supposed to always reward the quantity for the next tier and it should be a multiple of 5. (10, 15, 25, 40, 65, 85, 100)
