Missing items after purchase

I recently bought the Era Core bundle 8 in hopes to get 7* JarJar however the purchase went though and I was charged though google play however I didnt receive any items in game.

EA support told me to wait 24hrs for the items to come through however its been over that and theres still no items provided?

My google play order number is GPA.3368-8378-0381-97573
