Missing items from Leviathan and Moff Gideon speed bundle

Purchased the Leviathan speed bundle 1 and moff Gideon bundle last night. I received only partial of the leviathan bundle, and received crystals instead of moff gideon. I decided to wait overnight to see if I’d receive what I purchased this morning and do not receive yet. Leviathan bundle I purchased only upgraded one character. Moff Gideon purchase gave my crystals instead. Purchased both items from the online web store.
