I have purchased jedi knight revan lightspeed bundle at the same time as i did with darth revan lightspeed bundle.
The purchase was through ea webstore.
When i logged in to the game i have recieved notification only of the darth revan bundle and nothing from jedi knight revan. The characters from that bundle are still in their pre-bundled version. I recieved none of the rewards from that bundle nor any crystals stating that i have made a purchase for that. I have tried using the mobile "restore purchases" option, but that did not help as it was not a stuck payment.
The payment was successful and i was charged for the purchase of both. Got the email confirmation and the reciept. It says order number: 1004803483783. Date of purchase was 2024.12.24.
I have tried getting help from ea help, but they have been the most frustrating and useless as possible. Only asking for random information, one at a time, while completely ignoring my answers and asking the same questions 2 messages later for which they already have the answer in the chat. If you would need to torture someone for eternity i can recommend just talking to these guys (yeah, multiple guys just randomly ignoring previous messages tossing in a random question and ignoring any answers only for next guy to do the same again, i guess this is how they fake their work). I can confidently say that this has been one of my worst possible customer support experiences to ever happen in my life.
