They just have closed my issue as resolved on their side.
Resolution on their side: "You have purchased darth revan lightspeed bundle, paid 10 dollars on 2024.12.24. Recieved characters x y z. The issue is resolved on our side"

This is starting to get real frustrating and annoying. Why do i have to deal with these people?

Same i literally consumes my souls to deal with useless people, they don’t care they are outsourced anyways. 

my tickets never get replied to, they don’t care or they tell me to submit an ingame ticket which is already did ?? But yeah this is toxic asf
