What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Beat the Terentatek of the Revan event. It crashed upon victory. Didn't get the shards, can't replay the 7* tier to unlock Revan.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the event

So I beat the last tier of the Revan event only to have the game crash upon vixtory. Didn't get the shards, the event is gone from the list. Basically can't unlock Revan...

No connection problems.

Summarize your bug Completed the Revan event right after it dropped. I got an error message after the 3rd and when I entered it was marked completed but I didn't get any of the rewards (shards or picture). I completed the event and now I am 55 shards short of Revan with no way of getting. Event disappeared as completed. Please help

 Completed the Revan event right after it dropped. I got an error message after the 3rd (I think it was the tusken raider one) and when I entered it was marked completed but I didn't get any of the rewards (shards or picture). I completed the event and now I am 55 shards short of Revan with no way of getting. Event disappeared as completed. Please help, I've been looking forward to this character.
