What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Beat the Terentatek of the Revan event. It crashed upon victory. Didn't get the shards, can't replay the 7* tier to unlock Revan.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the event

So I beat the last tier of the Revan event only to have the game crash upon vixtory. Didn't get the shards, the event is gone from the list. Basically can't unlock Revan...

No connection problems.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug As I completed tier 6 of the event event the game crashes and asks for a forced restart, gained no rewards but doing so. Went on to complete tier 7 and gained rewards but can’t unlock revan as I’m sitting on 275/330 shards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through the event event and complete tier 6
