Missing light speed bundle

I was buying the Ray lightspeed bundle when something went wrong with the purchase, so I went back to the bundle and it was glitched and would not let me buy it and then disappeared. I went to EA for help, but I can’t find anything other than a couple bot generated chats. That did not help. I have no clue what to do and the light speed bundles are leaving super soon.
