Missing Light Speed Token reward for App Card

Hi,

A friend in my guild got a bonus reward for using a Apple Gift Card on his ipad.

I bought one the same day but got nothing ? 

We both live in France and the cards were both bought in stores.

How can I activate the lightspeed token reward ?
