Missing Loaned Unit Levels?

I purchased the previous episode pass and received some extra loaned unit levels. Last week I once again purchased the current episode pass but this time didn’t receive any of the extra loaned unit levels. Is that something I should have received? 

For more info, last time I purchased it day 1 through the app. This time I purchased it though the webstore about a week into the pass.
