Missing LSB - Jabba Entourage

I purchased the Jabba light speed bundle from the webstore and did not receive it.  Purchase says failed but was charged and transaction completed. Ally code  482736787 EA customer support has not...

The order failed and you were not charged from EA side. Contact your bank and ask for details.

I was indeed charged from EA - payment proof and not pending transaction
