Missing LSB for 4 months

Hey, its been 4 months since a guildmate gifted me the Malgus LSB, and I never received it. I sent tickets through the help option and even made a post about it before. It's been an ongoing problem since 8/20/25, my guildmate and I sent a bunch of tickets and forums. Receipt in the photo.
