Missing lsb

This occurred approximately one to two weeks ago. I purchased 'The Mandalorian LSB,' which was supposed to include the character relic'd and his ship. However, I never received the in-game items, despite the payment successfully processing through the Google Play Store. Immediately after the payment, the game displayed a 'lost connection' error. Upon restarting the game, I found that I had not received any of the purchased content. I have also attempted the 'restore purchases' option, but it has not resolved the issue.
