Missing Multiple Orders of Crystals
About two weeks ago I started replaying this game. I made a purchase of $19.99 for crystals and never received them. However in the app when I tried to make the same purchase again I got a message saying that I could cancel the purchase or wait for the crystals to come into my account. After several hours of waiting I selected to cancel the transaction. Yet I was still charged. I thought this was a one off and a couple of days later I made another purchase for $9.99 for crystals. Same thing. I never received them. I contacted support through the game app and provided screenshots and receipts. I was told there was no history of any purchases and that I should contact Apple for a refund. I did exactly that and both of my refund requests were denied twice. I have since disputed the purchases with my bank but I am extremely unhappy that EA took my money and didn’t give me the crystals that I BOUGHT! A couple of days ago I tried again to make another purchase for crystals. This time for $4.99 and again I havent received them. I have contacted EA support through the game and they keep saying the same thing even though I have produced PROOF that I was charged. Apparently there is no history of purchases on my account and for that reason they just keep closing the chat.
I’ve had about enough of this. I have tried contacting EA support online and they say to contact the support via the app, which again, I have done at least 4 times. I am out $34.99 and have absolutely nothing I paid for and that is just WRONG!
CAN ANYONE HELP ME!
