    Hi guys,

    Some changes were made to prevent more players getting affected by the account reset issue. Once this has been resolved, you should then get the 'New Player Early Game Change' characters.

Me too, I have made another topic post but both of my accounts haven't recieved the full package and only some of it has been recieved.
