That's really odd! I didn't think you could even see the Mythic Event (any of the tiers) until you had a 7* Palpatine.

There should be a concurrent Emperor's Demise anytime the Mythic Event shows up. Neither of them is currently active, however.

Hopefully MindTricks or HighCommand can check your account and see how you ended up 25 shards short of a 7* Palpatine - I thought the last tier granted 100 shards.
