Missing Pirates bounty crystal popup

Hello,&nbsp;I still haven't seen the pop up for the pirates bounty that started showing up last thurs/friday. I was wondering if that pop up promo is still going on, or if I just missed out on the free 200+ crystals.Messaged EA support and they sent me to the forums after saying "Upon reviewing your case, I see that your promotion is missing from your game account.I would like to suggest you to please report this issue on our community forum so that the community manager will revert you back via email on the update."161-133-639Thank you
