Missing play point rewards

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug missing my play point rewards from a few days ago. I purchased the large galactic bundle and I haven't received it in game yet. this has happened before a few times but usually shows up usually the same day or the next but nothing yet.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? not sure

I am not able to make purchases. When I try I get "Transaction Pending" error.

Same problem here.
Tried restarting, problem persists.
Tried reinstalling, problem persists.
Raised a help request in game but received no response.
Currently unable to purchase the conquest pass because of this error, which is very annoying.

Same issue here, appeared ever since Conquest started.
Deleting game data did not help, neither a reinstall later.

@EA_Gunner I contacted EA Help and they directed me here....
This issue is preventing me buying anything, I'm literally trying to spend money with you and the customer service is still astonishingly poor.
