I have had exactly the same experience for nearly two weeks! Still not fixed EA help have been worse than useless - each day I'll get asked to provide my player ID and then my ally code and then I'll get the same generic questions that tell me they are doing absolutely nothing to sort the problem out. Yesterday they said they have technical issues and normally this would be an easy fix for them but at the moment they can't fix it so I will need to wait until eventually they can sort it. Today they have just said it now a known issue and there's nothing I can do. really frustrating as I need last 35 shards to be able to unlock Leviathan and they aren't willing to help at all. They have said maybe a community manager will send me a message but I'm thinking being in K1 and not having Leviathan will soon see me drop to K2 and they don't really care at all
Not sure if a fix has been deployed but both packs turned up today and can make purchases now.
EA QV TeamGoogle pushed a fix to clear stuck purchases. Can you please check if your points purchases went through and if you are able to buy bundles again?
