Missing R5-D4 shards after buying 5 pulls

Right after the new era started I bought a 5 pull pack of R5-D4 shards - after the purchase was made I got the old style character upgrade screen and then immediately after I got a message that the client needed to be restarted. After the game restarted the previous era information was shown but when I looked at R5-D4, all the shards had disappeared. I guess I bought them right as the game was reloading and they got removed. Could someone please check this issue?
