Missing RADDUS LSB 2

Hi i purchased the raddus lightspeed bundle 2 from the web store. I already had all of the characters but i saw it would get them to R7. So i purchased this bundle as well as the finalizer bundle. I got the finalizer but never received the raddus bundle. I contacted the help desk within the app. The customer service agents are arguing with me that i received it. They refuse to look at pictures or even my account. They are telling me i received it. But i did not. My characters are still R5. Before you tell me it doesn’t work like that it does. It’s worked for every other LSB I’ve purchased to include the finalizer one. I have pictures to prove I’m still missing the characters to boost to R7. I’m beyond pissed at this point because instead of taking 5 minutes to look at my account and realize that yes i have the characters unlocked but i did not get the R7 versions like i was supposed to. Customer service keeps pretty much telling me im SOL and closes the ticket. I spend way too much money on this game to be treated like this. I need this problem taken care of and made right. I shouldn’t have to beg 5+ customer service people to help me with this situation. This is beyond ridiculous and inconvenient. I’m missing Finn, Poe, resistance pilot, t3-m4, young lando, l3-37, and carth onasi at R7. If you would like screen shots of the customer service reps doing absolutely nothing for me i can.
