Missing Relic Materials in Shipments (Guild Activity)

I am currently Level 85, but I am experiencing an issue with my Shipments store.

Even though Relic materials should be available for purchase using Guild Activity Tokens at this level, they are not appearing in my store list. I have waited for several store refreshes, but the items are still missing.

Could you please look into my account and verify why these items are not showing up?
