Missing Reva Shards

My guild has been completing the Reva mission to unlock her for quite a while now, so I haven't been keeping up exactly on how many shards I have. But many of my guild members (who I have been around for just as long as them) were able to unlock Reva this last round but I'm still quite a ways off of unlocking her (307/330). So I checked with one of my friends who joined the guild at the same time as me and had the same amount of shards for Reva upon joining and they were able to unlock her. Did some of my shards not get claimed when they showed up in my inbox previously? I have been actively participating and have not taken any breaks from the game.
