Completed Clash on Kamino but didn't get shards to unlock General Skywalker


I have been trying to contact support for a week now but no progress

    HI @SmurfLAX28, and thank you for the report.

    The 50 missing shards should be in your inbox in-game now. The remaining shards to unlock GAS need to be purchased from the Guild store.

    I am missing Skywalker shards from the clash on Kamino event and have been told to reach out to in game support 

    they are completely unresponsive so I want some assistance from someone who can actually  help

    my ally code is 659-311-826

    I have even created a ticket and the response was they will forward it to the in game team and closed the ticket as “no fix”… I assume there was no message to assist me because no one has followed up after a week

    This seems to be a common issue with this game. Missing General skywalker shards after completing the battle.

    The game froze and gave me an error

    Ally code is 659-311-826

    in game support is unreaponsive after a week and haven’t gotten help from my created tickets too
