Missing Kessel Run rewards
I had made a purchase through the webstore yesterday in the window while the Kessel Run rewards was having issues. I see the Kessel Run is back up, but I have not been credited with the points from my purchase.

Im in the same boat and EA help is saying I already got the coaxium. Have you gotten the same response from support by chance?
Having the same problem. I’m still missing the 5000 coaxium I’m owed towards my Kessel Run rewards that I bought while the Kessel Run was not working. EA Help incorrectly states that I’ve received it and closes the chat before I can explain. There’s been no updates from CG on the game updates section so I guess their response is “too bad”?
EA help only told me they’d create a ticket and sent me a notification once an advisor had looked into it
Might be. I’m waiting for EA help’s response but don’t have much hope. Last time I went through them they said they’d create a ticket and get back to me; months later, still nothing
At the end of the day losing out on those rewards isn’t the end of the world but it’s frustratingly annoying that a company as large and profitable as EA can’t work their own systems properly to provide a “make good” to give players the rewards they’re supposed to get
