Hi @Neferum103,
I understand now after re-reading your opening post. This is my error, I misunderstood this to be for a current event.
The support agent would be correct, my apologies. If the event is from 2018, the support advisors would not be able to access any content from their tool to release for you. Equally, the studio would not be able to roll back an event for your specific account either.
Sorry for the confusion on that.

Unfortunately, no. I would have suggested double-checking with support just in case but you've mentioned they've already confirmed they are unable to help with that. I'm sorry, I know you were hoping to hear better news.
