Missing rewards from conquest.

Hey so basically I’m missing 5 dark side Rey shards I got every wondering scavenger and max crate every time but I’m missing 5 shards as I have 325/330

i understand if you can’t but can you at least reply to give me closure on whatever happens but please I need only 5 no more
