Missing rewards from gift card promotion

I redeemed a $50 gift card from Target this morning, and the free crystals were not sent to my account. I have my galaxy of heroes account linked to my EA account, which is the account I play on. I was confused where my crystals went, so I signed out of my EA account, and the crystals were in a level 1 account I had never used before linked to my Game Center. Is there any way to fix this?
