Yesterday. I completed GL Supreme Leader Kylo Ren's Tier VI 5 times. The game crashed right after I won the second fight when the victory word displayed. It said that I had to restart my phone. After that, It counted as a completion, but didn't reward me the ultimate material. So I ended up with only 4 materials with 5 completion sessions. I have attached the bug screenshots here.
