Missing shard bundle pack

Does anyone know why I would be missing some packs in the in-game and webstore? For example, right now I cant see the shard store character pack where you purchase for a chance to get a character for 8,000 shard currency. Also the last character of the era didn’t have crystal packs that were released where I can buy shards. Any assistance on how to get this corrected would be greatly appreciated! I sure don’t want to miss out! I’ve been hoarding for this exact thing!
