I can't log in to my account

I am unable to log into my SWGoH account on Android using google play games and on iOS/Android using an EA account. When I try to log in, I constantly get error code 9, which indicates that the Internet connection is bad, although it is not. The EA account I'm trying to log into right now is not the account I'm writing from
