    The 25 missing shards should be in your inbox in-game now.

    PS: You can always get in touch with our support for missing items, rewards, purchases, etc. They should be able to help.

I just filled out all the info on a new post and they took care of it quickly! I tried in game support multiple times, without any response so just fill out all the info they ask for here’
