Missing Stun Cuffs from Rancor raid

Following up on support ticket 28157142

We have checked you account and the result as follows:

-Checked Inventory Log:

Redeemed reward for Guild Raid GUILD:RAIDS:NORMAL_DIFF:RANCOR:HEROIC80 1/11/2017, 6:49:04am GMT+0800
730 Guild Currency.
300000 Credits.
3 Han Solo.
1 Mk 3 Czerka Stun Cuffs.
1 Mk 5 CEC Fusion Furnace.

No usage of MK III Czerka Stun Cuffs on any character from Jan 11th onward

There is no Fully crafted Mk 3 Czerka Stun Cuffs

    I understand that and you shouldn't have been asked to come to the forums.

    Unfortunately we don't have the necessary tools to investigate this or add any items so you would need to go back to the support team to see what they're able to do.

    While bugs can be reported on these forums for review, we aren't able to directly assist with a particular case or look into missing items claims.

    I would recommend getting back in touch with the support team to see if there's anything further they're able to do.

    That's exactly what I did. I reported to tech support and they did they analysis and proved that I was correct about the missing item.

    Then they told me to make a post here.

    I don't know why I have to go back and forth as I have already done my part.
