What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Primary Issue: Missing rewards from filling out in app survey on 10/30/2024 Expected Behavior: receive rewards as stated for filling out survey Context: Filled out the latest survey (10/30/2024) about swgoh, star wars content in general, and possible future character releases / faction interest. I provided my ally code ( with dashes as specified in the survey monkey) and received no rewards. Additionally - there was visual issues (graphic too large) with the survey display inside the app (though the link worked to externally direct to surveymonkey form)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log in, click survey, fill out survey, enter ally code.
