Missing Tarkin's Ship Shards

This is my fourth time posting about this, and still getting no response. I finished tier IV of the Executrix mission to upgrade my capital ship. Just to note, this is the upgrade allowing you to complete the mission for the Ship Ability Material Mk III and the best way to farm Zetas in the game, and I have been without these for about a year and a half. I have tried the in-game Help section for multiple weeks just to have them tell me to complain in the Forums. I would love for someone to respond to my issue, even just tell me the next step, as I am currently soft-locked from my ships and zetas.
