Missing TB Rewards Because first TB was during Cancelled TB

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I achieved Level 65(the minimum level to start participating in Guild activities such as TW & TB) the week prior to the Territory Battle that was Cancelled due to Technical Issues on CG/EA Side. This would have been my First TB thus have no history, had it not been for this tech issue on your side I would have gotten my guilds Rewards for ROTE (26 Stars). I would ask that because of Your tech issue I be not punished for my first TB being during this issue and be compensated with the same rewards my guildmates received.
