@rmcibv7mb1sg Its actually CG_Leviathan that handles ban accounts on the official forums: https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/ Both him and LucifersDaddy receive private messages to their email, so they have no reason to visit the forums.

You aren't giving them much to go on though. What GP did you have?
