Mobile Apple ID linked login bug Ally Code: 457-267-725

I'm trying to log into my account on my phone but it keeps prompting to log on the device logged into the Apple ID (which would be my phone). I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times and I can log into my account on PC. However, I somehow have 2 accounts under one email which is probably the root cause of the problem and it doesn't help that I can't unlink an Apple ID for 6 months. The video below shows that the game is acknowledging and prompting me to open MY account, but some kind of bug force restarts the game and puts me back to square one.
