Hey, thanks for the report.

We've flagged this as a bug with several parts of Mod Quest collection progress.

In the spirit of providing as much information as possible concerning this issue:
After siming an additional 6 Speed Mod Challenges (Tier III), the quest is now displaying 2/15 mods collected.
Perhaps it is also checking for quality?

  I know, we tested this ourselves and it seems to be registering progress for some mods but not for others and there is no apparent reason why this is occurring. The dev team is still looking into it.

    this seems to be happening now for potency mods as well
