Mod not appearing in sell list

In the attached screenshots, I've filtered by the same criteria - Cross, Crit Chance, and Tier D.
When I filter on the main mods list, I'm seeing one of my mods at level 12. I went to sell this mod, however it isn't appearing in the list when applying the same filter in the Sell Mods screen.

The mod is most likely part of a loadout. Mods in loadouts cannot be sold, and hence do not appear on the sell screen.
Either remove the mod from the loadout or delete the loadout and you'll be able to sell it.
